Let’s build a HoloLens app
You have seen the videos; you have heard the talks. Now it is time to see it in action. In this session Dennis will build live on stage a HoloLens app and show you how it is done. We will use all the unique platform features in the app: voice control, gestures, sounds, holograms and of course spatial awareness. You will see how to use Unity3D to build this kind of apps. Every step of the way will be explained, giving you a solid foundation for the development of your own ideas.
Dennis is a seasoned developer with a passion for the interface between man and machine. Anything that can help people get access to information is something worthy of his attention. He has been programming since the early 1980s, and still does that today. Next to his love of developing great-looking and accessible software, Dennis has a passion for sharing his knowledge. Currently he's focusing 100% on Microsoft's HoloLens. As one of the most visible advocates for this device in the Netherlands and Belgium, Dennis has been on national television demonstrating HoloLens, and has appeared in interviews in several major newspapers. He has been a Microsoft MVP for 12 years, and is chairman of dotNed, a foundation that organizes meet-ups and lectures about anything a developer on the Microsoft platform should know. http://vroegop.org @dvroegop
